Anything that has been answered here will be ignored when asked again. Please look for things yourself.
General:
- Who are you?
- I am an awkward turtle named Roseane who runs this blog and Roo is my lovely squishy turtle who answers most of my anonymous messages :3
- What is this tumblog for?
- I am the middle person between you and your merchandise.
- How often do you check your email / tumblr?
- It varies. Because I’m a full time college student and a part time worker, I can’t guarantee when I am online to check it.
- Just understand that you will get a response as soon as I can check it. I will make frequent posts stating that I’ve responded to all emails.
- Do you ever receive our items?
- It’s very rare, but it does happen if my supplier doesn’t ship to your area.
- For batch orders (photobooks / autographed albums / dvds / etc), they are sent to me first
- How do I know to trust you?
- That’s up to you. I’ve been around since February of 2011. I think that’s something and my feedback should say enough.
- When do you update the status page?
- When payment arrives, I place an order or when I get shipment updates.
- Where is the masterlist spreadsheet located?
- Please look for it yourself.
- Why are there blank pages?
- It’s all tumblr’s doing. Just keep clicking the next button at the bottom of the page. The button will go away once you’ve reached the last item in that tag.
- If an item was missing, maybe it’s on the spreadsheet.
Ordering:
- Is there a limit on my order?
- There is no limit. It’s your money. I don’t care how much you feel you want to spend or how much you want to buy as long as the items are available.
- How do I order?
- There is an order form located on the side bar. Please fill it out as much as you can and send it into my email “kpoppreorders@yahoo.com”. Orders into the ask box will be deleted.
- I will send you confirmation within 5 days. Please be patient and don’t keep asking me. I’m not ignoring you. If I don’t respond within 5 days, please send it again.
- Do I need a tumblr to order?
- If you do not have a tumblr account, you can just send me an email with the order form and leave the “tumblr URL” section blank.
- Why do you need a phone number?
- Because some of my suppliers offer tracking and a phone number is required.
- Can I order another item if I order something that is not released yet?
- As you please, but understand that shipment MAY be delayed depending on the item, and often times, the supplier will ship them out separately.
- Can I place another order even though you have not ordered my items / my items have not shipped?
- You can place as many orders as you want as long as you’re willing to pay. Your money is yours to use.
- How long does it take for you to make our order after you receive payment?
- If it’s PayPal, within 12 hours.
- If it’s concealed cash, within the week, I will inform you if it gets delayed in any way.
- I want to cancel an order, do you do refunds?
- I cannot refund your money if I already placed your order. The items will be shipped to you regardless your decision after I confirm ordering the item.
Concealed Cash buyers: If you tell me that you want to cancel the order before or by the time I receive your payment, I will send back your money as is.
PayPal Buyers: I don’t think it’ll be possible to do a refund if I place the order because I often place your order within a short time span after receiving.
Payment:
- Where / how can I send payment?
- You will only get payment instructions once I confirm your order.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Only Concealed cash and PayPal. I will give you further information on payment when I receive an order form.
- How do we send concealed cash?
- You simply put money in an envelope and send it out like any normal letter. Please wrap it in something so that when you hold it up to the light, you will not be able to see the money. It doesn’t matter what, old cards, computer paper, as long as the money is no longer visible.
- Please note you are required to write the note from the instructions.
- Are there PayPal fees?
- I will let you know, but normally no.
- Do you accept money orders / checks?
- No, I do not. I only take concealed cash or PayPal.
- Do you only accept USD?
- Yes, only USD. If you are from a different country, you will have to exchange your money to USD.
- Do you accept coins as payments?
- Absolutely not. I did, but people aren’t very smart about it. I will automatically ask my mailman to return to sender if I feel the coins.
- Do you send back change if I send you more than I should?
- No, please send the exact amount. All extras will be put into the donation.
- Is there a deadline for payment to arrive?
- PayPal Buyers: 1 week
- USA Concealed Cash Buyers: 2 weeks.
- International Concealed Cash Buyers: 3 weeks
Shipment and Fees:
- Is there a shipping fee?
- All prices include shipping unless stated otherwise, or if you live overseas.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes.
- Is there an extra shipping fee for international orders?
- Yes and no. Some orders will have additional shipping, and some may not.
- Prices will vary depending on what you order.
- Do you combine shipping?
- It depends entirely on what you order as not everything is from the same supplier.
- How long does it take for the items to be shipped out after the order is placed?
- Normally 3-5 days, but things happen and it can be put off for awhile, whether its stock or just personal issues with the supplier.
- How do I know my item was shipped if you don’t update the status page?
- You ask. You should know that it ships 3-5 days after the release date or when I place the order.
- How long does it take for items to arrive to _____?
- 7 - 21 business days (which means it does not include Saturdays and Sundays), approximately everywhere else is the same. Unless, it requires double shipment.
- What do your suppliers ship with?
- Normally USPS, but if they choose another method I do not know.
- Where can I use my tracking number?
- The tracking number can be used on USPS. If it does not show up, it means the item has not yet arrived in the states or the PO has not been notified of the incoming arrival of the item.
- If you cannot track your item even after a certain amount of time, please contact your local post office for further questions. I can only help you as far as providing the tracking number.
- Do you charge any more fees?
- No, not anymore.
- Where does the donation money go?
Towards shipping, international orders, giveaways and what not.
Personal Order / Requests:
- Will you be posting *insert popular item here*?
- Please avoid asking me that question. I post nearly every album, new item or whatever. It’s really bothersome to see that you’re asking about say, a Beast / Big Bang / SJ album when they’re highly demanded and I’ll have it up soon
- Also, please refrain from asking for items that information just released for. I can only move as fast as my suppliers do. If a new item has been revealed, prices need to be calculated before I post it up. I don’t work magic.
- Can you order ______ for me?
- You can send the personal order form to my email ; kpoppreorders@yahoo.com
- If it’s not Kpop related, can you still order it for me?
- I accept all requests as long as I can find it to purchase for you. It’s much more helpful if you sent me a picture or link. ^^
- You don’t have ______ in your store, can you still order it?
- I would love to help you order it, you can give suggestions / requests or just ask for a personal order.
- Can I make a personal order?
- Do not message me in my ask box. I will delete it immediately. Please send all personal request orders to kpoppreorders@yahoo.com.
- Can you order from Amazon?
- No.
Item Related:
- Will posters be folded or tubed?
- All posters are tubed unless stated otherwise, or requested by the seller. Folded poster options are only available for shipment with albums.
- What is the difference between a tubed and folded poster?
- Folded: Shipped with album, folded and will have creases.
- Tubed: Shipped separately and will arrive before / after the other item.
- If I buy an album, will it count towards Hanteo charts or others?
- Every album counts towards some music chart. Only the albums that allow poster options count Hanteo charts.
- Are the wrist bands a set? Can I order them separately?
- Yes and no. Sorry love.
- Are the autographed items legit?
- From my knowledge, yes.
- How do I know the autographed items are legit?
- I trust my suppliers and know they won’t be out to scam you. Other people have bought autographed items and there have been no complaints.
- What is the wash care for the SHINee pajamas?
- It’s machine washable, for more information on the pajamas, click here
- Do you order photobooks directly from the fansite or do you order them from a supplier?
- Directly from the fansite. It’s much cheaper to have it shipped to me than to have it shipped to a supplier and they ship it to me. The shipping process would be 3 times as long.
- Can I still order (insert photobook name here)?
- Once my preorders have closed, no. You can not, I only order as many as I received. I normally will not do a second batch if they are available.
- Do you still have *insert item that is listed*?
- Anything that is listed is up for preorders.
- If the item goes out of stock when you send me the order form, I will let you know.
- Why do you resell items from eBay / post items from YesAsia / YesStyle / etc?
- You need to understand that just because I use a specific photo from a specific site, it does not mean I am actually ordering the item from that site. Google is a great source for photos when your supplier sends you photos that lack details.
Prices:
- How come your listing price is $1-3 more expensive than the listing price including shipping and handling?
- I round to the next dollar and you must know that I’m not purchasing from where you see online. I do have a personal supplier.
- “They’re selling it for $___ on here, why is yours $____? / Everything is so expensive, I saw it elsewhere for a cheaper price.”
- If you don’t like my prices, don’t buy. I don’t supply everything from eBay or sites you may know. I do have a personal supplier whom I trust more than ebay, thus prices stand as is.
Supply Related:
- May I know where you are ordering from?
- I do not reveal my suppliers.
- What if the item goes out of stock when you receive payment?
- I will contact the supplier about restocks. If there are no restocks, I will contact you to see what you want to do about it.
- You may also keep it for store credit.
- How do we know if something is still in stock?
- Usually, anything posted is in stock, but I will inform you if it ends up going out of stock when I receive your order form and what not.
Receiving Items:
- What happens if our item is never shipped out and we don’t receive it?
- I will put up a dispute with PayPal and see what we will do further on. It depends on the situation and the item as well. Nothing is definite.
- What if we never receive our items, although it has been said to be shipped out?
- We are not responsible for packages lost through the mail. If it’s already sent out, we have no control over lost packages.
- An item I bought from you broke, can you replace it?
- I will only replace the item if you receive it broken. If it ends up breaking after that, We are not responsible.
- My item was damaged, what now?
- I will contact my supplier about a replacement or a refund.
